Honouring Country: Acknowledgement of the Wadawurrung People

At Nala Native, we acknowledge the Wadawurrung People of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work, formulate, create, and gather. We honour their deep and enduring connection to Country, to land, water, skies, and story, and we recognise the role of First Nations knowledge in shaping ethical relationships with the earth. We pay our heartfelt respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples, whose continued care for Country inspires our mission and values.

Our brand is rooted in slow, sustainable skincare, but our practices are shaped by a broader commitment: to walk gently, listen deeply, and act with cultural integrity. This Acknowledgement is not a formality.
It is part of our ongoing responsibility to centre Indigenous voices, protect Country, and engage in respectful, evolving dialogue. We remain committed to learning, unlearning, and contributing meaningfully to the communities we serve.
