We’re proudly located in Ocean Grove, Victoria, Australia.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulations are gentle and non-toxic, created with sensitive skin in mind. However, we always recommend a patch test before full application.

Do you test on animals?
No. We are a cruelty-free brand—our products are only tested on real people.

Are your products vegan?
Yes. All our products are entirely plant-based and 100% vegan.

Our range includes cleansers, toners, serums, oils, moisturisers, masks, and creams. Bestsellers include Vitamin A, B, and C Serums, Light Moisturiser, Night Cream, and Eye Cream.

Do you offer sample sizes?
Yes. We offer 20ml samples and travel-sized minis—perfect for testing or travel.

How long do the products last?
Our products are best used within 6–12 months of opening. Unopened, they have a shelf life of 12–24 months.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. All products are crafted in small batches of 20–50 units to ensure freshness and reduce waste.

Do you use natural ingredients?
Absolutely. We use 100% plant-based ingredients, many of which are certified organic and native to Australia.

Are your products palm oil-free?
Yes, our formulas are completely free from palm oil and palm-derived ingredients.

Are synthetic fragrances used?
No. We only use natural essential oils for gentle, naturally derived scents.

What are native Australian ingredients, and why do you use them?
We include native botanicals such as Kakadu Plum, Finger Lime, and Quandong for their high nutrient and antioxidant content. They’re sustainably sourced and effective for skin health.

SUSTAINABILITY

Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes. All of our packaging—including boxes, tissue paper, labels, and even the ink—is recyclable, compostable, and designed to break down in your garden.

How should I dispose of the packaging?
All packaging materials can be composted or recycled. Most can be placed in your home compost bin or green waste bin.

Why does shipping take a little longer?
Our products are made fresh in small batches, which may add a few days to processing. We believe in quality and sustainability over mass production.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping will be considered in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns or offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue.
