  • Free Standard Shipping
    Enjoy free shipping Australia-wide on all orders of AUD 100.00 or more (after any discounts are applied).

  • Express Shipping – AUD 12.00
    Receive your natural skincare order within 1–4 business days with our express service (available within Australia only).

All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) within 24–48 hours.
We use sustainable packaging for all orders, including compostable mailers and recyclable boxes.

International Shipping

Nala Native offers international shipping for our plant-based skincare range.

  • Free International Shipping
    Available on orders over AUD 100.00 (after any discounts are applied).

Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery from the time of purchase.
Express international shipping is not available at this time.
Note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in shipping costs. These must be paid by the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

60-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your clean beauty ritual. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy.

You may return unused and unopened products within 60 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Purchased via nalanative.com.au

Refunds & Exchanges

If you're unhappy with your purchase or made an ordering error, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days, provided:

  • Items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is available

If your package arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, we’ll provide a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.
Note: Minor damage to outer eco-packaging (such as a dented box) does not qualify for a refund unless the product inside is affected.
